The first step of getting to know you and your project better is by  submitting an interest form. The Expression of Interest form is intended to provide us with information about your project and the proposal you would like the California Nurse-Midwives Foundation to consider. 

Please review our grant funding guidelines to gain a better understanding of our eligibility guidelines and application process.  

​Once you have completed the Grant Interest Form it will automatically be submitted to the Foundation. Grant requests are evaluated on a rolling basis. Please allow up to four weeks for a response indicating whether you have been invited to submit a formal proposal.
